Directed by Park Hoon-jung Starring Lee Jung-jae, Choi Min-sik and Hwang Jung-min the film tells the tale of  the conflict between the police and the mob through the eyes of an undercover cop.  If you loved The Election films this will be right up your street.

6. Rigor Mortis

Directed by Jumo Mak and Stars Anthony Chan, Kara Hui and Richard Ng and is a homage to the Mr vampire series with many of the cast members returning its a comedy Horror that's like an old friend returning from a long trip, satisfying.

Directed by Dante Lam and stars Nick Cheung, Eddie Peng and Andy On A character driven Mixed martial Arts film that packs a punch and gives Nick Cheung one of his best n screen performances to date.

4. Shield of Straw

Directed by Takashi Miike stars Nanako Matsushima, Tatsuya Fujiwara, Takao Ohsawa and Gorô Kishitani Police escort an accused killer with a 1 billion price tag on his head through an army of eager bounty hunters, Takashi Miike plays it mainstream but still entertaining.

1. The Grandmaster

Directed by Wong Kar-Wai and Stars  Tony Leung, Zhang Ziyi, Chnag Chen, Wang Qingxiang, Zhang Jin and Cung Le This isn't an action movie but a story telling exercise and although you might wish to see more of the action and less of the spectacle there's one thing you can't ignore and that is Wong Kar-Wai has once more given us a feast you would do well to devour.
