Night City is from award winning Director Ranjeet S.Marwa whose last feature, Ballistic, was made for just £3.5K and went on to have a full UK theatrical release, and is now streaming on Amazon Prime and Tubi. Most recently, Ranjeet directed Wounded, a proof-of-concept short film shot entirely on the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Ranjeet is now looking to replicate the success with Night City, a brutal, relentless action feature about a former US Marine, now turned Narcotics Officer who witnesses a young girl being mugged and left to die, and goes on a one-man rampage to protect her. Think Reacher meets Crank — raw, violent, and gripping.
I can tell you that here at Eastern Film Fans we are supporting the feature with myself stepping in as Producer and some of the cast already confirmed with the likes of Warren Hicks, Peoppy Mabel, Nathan Geering and David Lamont and more detail coming soon.
